Shop Capabilities and Equipment
Stonewell's extensive manufacturing capabilities allow us to construct precisely made farrier bodies, mobile veterinary clinics, and vehicle chassis for fire and rescue, emergency medical service (EMS), and a variety of other applications. These capabilities include:
- Roll forming up to 48"
- Turning up to 17"
- Stamping
- Nibbling
- Surface grinding
- Parts cleaning
Our combination of computer numerical control (CNC) and manually controlled break presses, lathes, shears, welders, mills, drills, and saws enable us to hold the tight tolerances needed to build vehicle bodies that will last for years. In fact, many of the units first manufactured by Stonewell in the mid-1990s are still used today, many of them on a daily basis. That's a true testament to the quality of Stonewell products.
