Shipping

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are United Parcel Service (UPS), U.S. Postal Service (USPS), and FedEx. Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Shipping charges are not included in the Stonewell Store's checkout total; they will be added to your bill once the shipping method is determined.

Delivery

If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. UPS and FedEx deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2-day delivery, please call us at 315-497-3512 for charges.
