#823 is shown upon delivery to Joey Hutson of the Tennessee office of railway signal contractor Interrail Signal Inc. on 5/24/07.  After considering other builders, Interrail chose a Stone Well 78" x 106" x 3" short-height unit that was custom-painted to match their '06 Chevy 2500HD Hi-Rail truck.  The interior features custom cabinetry, shelving and storage areas.  Other features include underbody storage boxes, heavy-gage wiring for a future inverter, and an aluminum step bumper.
